M7 Aerospace has more than 500 employees working in Continued Airworthiness of the Metro & Merlin fleets, the manufacturing of parts for a wide variety of Aerospace companies including Northrop, Boeing, Lockheed, Erickson Air-Crane and Agusta Westland; the maintenance repair and overhaul of airplanes such as the ATR 42 and 72, Dornier 328, Erickson Aircrane, Gulfstream II, and Hawkers, and the Logistic Support of the C-20 and C-23 fleets for the U.S. government.

M7's Engineering Team has participated in dozens of completed and on-going engineering programs involving major aircraft modifications and improvements for many of the leading companies in the Aerospace industry.

M7 developed and owns STCs for ATR 42s, ATR 72s and Fairchild Metros
to convert the aircraft from passenger to freighter configuration.

M7 Engineering supports the complete rebuild of Erickson Aircrane fuselage center sections, including damage repair, structural restoration and refurbishment.

The aft airstair door for the new AgustaWestland Model 101 helicopter was designed, developed and built by M7 Aerospace. This mostly graphite composite structure was produced on time and well below the customer's weight targets.
