M7 Cited For Excellent Manufacturing Performance

San Antonio,TX – September 6, 2006

M7 Aerospace has received a Platinum Source Supplier Award from Northrop Grumman Corporation in recognition of M7's "sustained excellence as a supplier of quality products and on-time delivery to Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems."

The award is based on 12 months of consistent performance to Northrop Grumman's exacting production standards. M7 is a supplier to Northrop Grumman on the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye programs.

Advance Hawkeye is a carrier-based reconnaissance and mission control aircraft operated by the U.S. Navy. Hawkeye aircraft are playing a critical role in the war on terror.

The Platinum Source Supplier Award was announced to M7 in a letter from John Saliture, Northrop Grumman's Director of Supplier Quality and Technical Performance.

"This award is a tribute to the enthusiasm and hard work of our employees," said Ron Frederick, President and CEO of M7 Aerospace. "It reflects the caring, attention to detail and get-it-done attitude that is part of our culture at M7."

M7 Aerospace is a small business based in San Antonio. The company operates six business units, including Aerostructures Manufacturing; Government Logistics Support Contracting; Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul; Aircraft Parts and Service Support; Engineering Services and M7 Visual Intelligence Remote Sensing.

The Northrop Grumman award honors M7's performance in Aerostructures Manufacturing.

In addition to Northrop Grumman, M7's Aerostructures Manufacturing business unit supplies parts and assemblies to Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Sino Swearingen, AgustaWestland Helicopters; MD Helicopter; Erickson Air-Crane; Adam Aircraft; Gore Design and other aerospace customers.
