M7 Aerospace's Repair Station avionics/electrical facilities provide a wide range of installations and repair services on many aircraft types. Our team can offer complete avionics upgrades and installations to performing regulatory altimeter and transponder certifications at our San Antonio facility. We offer system design, integration and certification, wire harness fabrication, and avionics system installation and testing. All installations are designed to enhance aircraft functionality while offering increased aircraft reliability and safety. Our electrical schematics use the latest state of the art computer aided design (CAD) to document your new installation.
For you Fairchild SA26, SA226 and SA227 Merlin/Metro aircraft owners and operators, we currently hold many of the original Merlin & Metro series of aircraft avionics installation diagrams that are valuable in troubleshooting your avionics problems. To reduce pilot workload on your Metro aircraft, we can upgrade your aircraft to the S-Tec autopilot, available exclusively at M7 Repair Station. Our electric shop is capable of repairing most of the proprietary Fairchild Aircraft interfaces, relay and electronic devices as used on the Merlin/Metro aircraft.
