M7 has specific areas of expertise in focused program management, comprehensive depot maintenance, effective MOB maintenance, and responsive supply chain management. In addition, M7 can offer skilled engineering resources, an efficient and quality driven repair station and extensive aircraft manufacturing facilities, while being a self certified small business.

Program management at M7 Aerospace builds upon the strengths of our experiance. The C-20 and the recently awarded C-23 logistics support contracts illustrates the Government's confidence in M7's program management and CLS experience and capabilities. M7 has a web-based integrated MIS system, responsive to offsite facilities, that provides strong technical support. Our Operations Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, our extensive experience in successfully managing engineering support, integration management of subcontractors and field team support inspection processes has also contributed to the company's success in current and past government programs.

In the area of depot maintenance, M7 Aerospace, performs in accordance with FAA FAR Part 145 repair station requirements. In addition, M7 has limited ratings that include airframe, engine, accessories, radio accessories and specialized services including NDT. The depot operates in excess of 81,000 sq. ft. of hangar space and is secured and monitored 24 hours a day. M7 repair station is currently certified as a C-23 depot facility. The quality and skill provided to our customer along with ISO 9001 compliance, assures a quality product to all our customers.

Attributes of M7's MOB maintenance includes effective management of all records through Management Information System for Aviation (MISA), a Web-based integrated management information system. In addition, M7 Aerospace has a history of providing a strong base to support flight crews and personnel.

In the area of supply chain management, M7 Aerospace can successfully manage spares availability, forecast future requirements, and maintain 24/7 logistic coverage for COMBS operations. Furthermore, strong engine management, material inventory control, repair order issue management and transportation management contributes to M7's continued successful track record with past and current government programs. M7 currently completes thousands of shipments annually to more than 40 countries supporting over 1000 commercial aircraft with a demonstrated successful customs brokerage service in place. Our 24-hour operations allow for expedited delivery of parts as needed to ensure aircraft availability.

M7 possesses strong on-site engineering capabilities to provide a broad spectrum of engineering support for depot maintenance. Our aptitude in providing the customer with on site design, approval and certification through in-house DER's maximizes efficiency and aircraft availability.

Finally, M7's extensive manufacturing facility, which includes sheet metal part fabrication, machine shop, tube bending, welding, paint, chemical process lines, and heat treat capabilities, provides customers a comprehensive facility to fulfill all program-related requirements.
