M7 has a world-class manufacturing facility with ISO 9001-2000 & AS9100 quality standards that can support a variety of aerospace needs. The M7 legacy in aerospace has been developed over many years of building the predominantly sheet metal aircraft like Metro and Merlin, where M7 has the equipment and experience to build all detail parts.
M7 is a supplier to: Agusta and AgustaWestl and Helicopter Co. , Northrop Grumman-Integrated Systems, Boeing, Bell Helicopter, MD Helicopter, Spirit Aerosystems, Erickson Air-Crane Inc. Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems and Mission Systems and Sikorsky Helicopter.

Sheet Metal: A wide range of typical and specialty Aerospace equipment.

Machine Shop: Large shop of Manual & CNC (3&4 Axis) Mills & Lathes.

Heat Treating: Fully certified by Nadcap and numerous large OEM's to perform aluminum heat treating, aging, conductivity and hardness measurement processes.

Control Cables: M7 has the capability to make a wide range of Flight Control Cables for a variety of aircraft.

Welding Capabilities: M7 has available two fully contained weld stations plus two tig and one spot welders capable of welding aluminum, steel and titanium.

Tube Fabrication: M7 tube fabrication shop includes a 5-axis NC tube bending machine and a laser vision reader, capable of bending titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.

Chemical Processes and Painting Operations: Chemical processing lines and paint booths can be utilized for both USA and European specifications and for either commercial or military programs. State-of-the-art chemical and physical processing, process capabilities alodine/anodize, heat treat/age of aluminum. Along with annealing, stress relieving and age capabilities provides M7 with the ability to completely form parts.

Sub-assembly, Final assembly and Integration M7, building upon the legacy of producing 1,053 Metro and Merlin Turboprops and over 60 Dornier 328 jet wings within our 170,000 square foot assembly facility, has the infrastructure and capability to build large monolithic structures for today's aerospace industry.
