Powerplant

We are certified to service, inspect, remove and reinstall the powerplant and accessories, and to perform minor repairs. We perform routine inspections, servicing, rigging, testing, and compliance with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives. Engine overhaul and hot section inspection services are available locally through our preferred vendors, or we can remove and ship the engine to a repair facility of you choice. Our engine capability list includes:

• Engine Condition Inspection (external and borescope)
• Re-Compensation Runs
• Lebow method Torque System re-calibration
• Engine Removal Installation and Rigging
• 'Four Point' Power Runs (to determine engine power output and condition)
• Propeller Dynamic Balance
