M7's Part 145 Repair Station offers a full array of services for operators of regional airliners and business aircraft, including jets, turboprops and piston-powered products.

M7 has a new modification center that focuses on Nose-To-Tail Makeovers on Canadair CRJ, Embraer ERJ, ATR 42 and 72, Dornier 328 turboprops and jets, Saab 340 and 2000 series, Bombardier Dash 7 and 8 series and other regional airliners, as well as Dassault Falcon, Hawker, Citation and Lear business jets, King Air and Metro/Merlin business turboprops, and various models of Bell, Sikorsky, AgustaWestland and MD helicopters. An M7 Makeover can include complete avionics upgrade, custom interior and the engineering and maintenance requirements necessary to meet the customer’s needs.

Our Repair Station has a long standing reputation in supporting ATR 42s, ATR 72s, Dornier 328s and other regional airline aircraft. M7 has the facilities and expertise to complete maintenance projects quickly and keep your aircraft flying.

M7's Repair Station is widely known as one of the world's premier cargo conversion locations for ATR 72 and ATR 42 regional airliners. M7 also performs A-checks, B-checks, C-checks and other heavy maintenance on ATRs, Dornier 328 jets and turboprops and other regional airline equipment.

Portions of the Dornier 328 were built in M7 facilities, and M7 has special expertise on these aircraft not found in many other competing shops.

Whether it's the most basic checks or extensive heavy airframe maintenance, M7 can do it all. Beyond the usual capabilities you expect in a Part 145 repair station, M7 has a team of DERs on site to deal with any engineering issues that arise during the maintenance process. M7's manufacturing operation can fabricate hard-to-locate parts, or even reverse engineer and reproduce parts that may no longer be available from traditional sources.

In addition to regional airliners, M7 also has business jets and turboprops on its Repair Station certificate. Operators of Gulfstreams, Hawkers, Beechcraft and other fine business aircraft have come to rely on M7 Aerospace and its wide ranging capabilities and expertise to keep their airplanes flying.

M7 Aerospace is the factory service center for the Fairchild Merlin and Metro series of business aircraft. As the type certificate holder for the SA226 and SA227 series aircraft. M7 provides technical support and a wide variety of spare parts, many of them available from nowhere else. In addition, M7 has access to production drawings, certification data, engineering support, a large spares inventory, and spares manufacturing capability in our factory.

We have exclusive access to factory tooling and jigs critical to many repairs. With direct access to these resources, the Repair Station is able to perform repairs and modifications that would otherwise be cost prohibitive to attempt anywhere else. Our skilled staff has a wealth of experience and historical knowledge on Merlin & Metro aircraft. They are experts at performing difficult structural repairs, fuel leak repairs, cabin door repairs, hard landing damage repairs, aircraft configuration changes, Letter Check & time compliance scheduled inspections, scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance, pre-purchase inspections, aircraft and systems modifications, interior refurbishment, avionics repairs and installations, and cabin entertainment systems.

M7 also routinely sends our technicians across the country and around the world to provide expert, factory-level technical assistance and support for owners, operators and other Repair Stations performing maintenance and repairs on the Metro & Merlin aircraft series.
